One mission: make settling in easier
I am building BienLibre around a simple conviction: everyone deserves to prepare for a move and settle in with peace of mind, whatever their budget or circumstances. I want to create a platform that listens to people, their questions and their everyday needs.
I created BienLibre to make moving home simpler, more human and more accessible. My ambition is to help you prepare each step, not just find an address.
Choosing a city, understanding a neighbourhood, preparing a viewing and organising the boxes: we want to turn mounting questions into decisions that are easier to make.
Our first mission starts with articles and guides: clear explanations, comparisons and practical steps to prepare for renting and moving.
Moving also means an Internet connection, appliance installation, small repairs and furniture transport. Our vision includes what helps you feel at home.
We aim to develop partnerships with Moroccan tradespeople, movers and service providers, as well as international collaborators. The goal is solutions suited to different needs and budgets.

الفصل الرابع: يلتزم المكتري بأداء السومة الكرائية المتفق عليها في بداية كل شهر بدون أي مماطلة أو تعطيل.
الفصل الخامس: يلتزم المكتري بأن يستعمل الشقة للسكن فقط دون غيره وأن يحافظ على العين المكراة كما يجب وأن يعيدها عند نهاية العقد في حالة جيدة.
الفصل السادس: كل ما يدخله الطرف المكتري على المحل موضوع الكراء من تحسينات أو إصلاحات لا يمكنه المطالبة بقيمتها إلا باتفاق مسبق مع المكري.
الفصل السابع: لا يحق للطرف المكتري تفويت الكراء أو التنازل عنه للغير دون موافقة المكري.
الفصل الثامن: يلتزم المكتري بأداء واجبات استهلاك الماء والكهرباء والمصاريف المرتبطة باستعماله للمحل.
الفصل التاسع: إن المكري والمكتري قد قبلا الشروط الواردة بهذا العقد ويتعهدان بالالتزام بها.
الفصل العاشر: كل ما لم ينص عليه هذا العقد يبقى خاضعاً للمقتضيات القانونية الجاري بها العمل.
